London-Irish Appeal reaches nearly a quarter of a million in one evening

We are very excited to announce the successful launch of a new appeal. The London Irish Ward Appeal, sponsored by the Kelly Group, will form part of the Charity’s Redevelopment Appeal.

The launch event, for over 250 guests, was held at Kelly’s Bar in Hendon Central  on 30 June.  It was a hugely successful evening and raised £245,605 in pledges, donations and sponsorship.  A number of fundraising events are being planned for the next two years. The fundraising challenges, which will range from golf days and race nights, to charity dinners and cycle rides, are part of the plan to raise a minimum of £480,000 to fund all the specialist equipment and furnishings required for the new adult ward.

We would like to thank Tim Kelly and the Kelly Group, who have organised this Appeal and launch, for their incredible contribution to the hospital. Thanks to their generous support and the support of the London Irish group, we will be able to transform the lives of so many more patients.
